About Domițian
Domițian Ioan Pașca is a chemist and multidisciplinary product development expert with more than ten years of experience in formulation, evaluation and scientific product development.
His work spans cosmetics, dietary supplements, perfumery, food products and technical applications, combining scientific research with practical formulation, safety assessment, documentation and production-oriented development.
Over the course of his professional activity, he has evaluated more than 5,000 products for formulation, safety and/or regulatory compliance and has developed hundreds of formulations across multiple industries.
His approach focuses on understanding a product from the molecular and functional level through to its practical manufacturing requirements, allowing complex ideas to be translated into technically feasible products.

Product development philosophy
A product is a system of decisions: which molecules are present, how they behave together, how the result is produced, and how it is documented and defended. Work begins with the mechanism rather than the marketing claim, and ends only when the formulation can be produced consistently and supported by the correct technical file.
Working across several industries is deliberate. Solutions from nutraceutical stability, fragrance structure or industrial surfactant chemistry frequently resolve problems that a single-sector specialist would consider closed.

Independent Oncology Research
Alongside his work in product development, Domițian conducts independent research in oncology, with particular interest in cancer biology, bioactive natural and synthetic compounds, molecular mechanisms and scientific approaches relevant to supportive care and translational research.
